Terms and Conditions

  1. The Association is a professional body for individuals whose professional duties include the specification of fasteners.
  2. Membership of the Association may be granted only to individuals with relevant qualifications and/or experience appertaining to such work.
  3. Decisions on the acceptance of applications for membership will be made by the President of the Association or a person or persons appointed by him.
  4. Membership of the Association is for individuals only, not the organisations which employ them.
  5. Membership of the Association will not be terminated by a change in employer, but is strictly non-transferable between individuals.
  6. Membership cards for the Association remain its property and must be surrendered to the Association on demand.
